CHINESE HASH 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 c. celery
7/8 c. regular rice
1 1/2 c. warm water
1/8 tsp. pepper

Brown meat with the pepper in pan, then in a large bowl put meat, celery, onions, rice, soups, water and soy sauce. Mix well. Put in greased casserole dish. Bake in oven 1 hour at 325 degrees. Then remove, sprinkle top with 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles and return to oven for 15 minutes.
