ONE SKILLET TEXAS HASH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. onion
1 can tomato sauce
Salt
Pepper
1 tsp. sweet basil
Cheese to top

Brown beef. Add rice, tomato sauce and simmer until rice pretty well cooked. Add green pepper and onion, simmer until tender and rice is completely cooked. Add seasonings. Top with slices of cheese (American or cheddar). Serve when cheese is melted.
