HEAVENLY FRUIT SALAD | |
1 (15 1/2 oz.) pineapple chunks 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 1 egg, beaten 1 c. chopped pecans 3 sliced bananas 2 (11 oz.) mandarin oranges 2 med. apples, chopped 1 1/2 lbs. seedless grapes Drain pineapple, save juice. Add sugar, flour and egg to pineapple juice. In small saucepan cook over low heat. Stir until smooth and thick. Cool; add nuts, fruit. Serves 10-12. |
