SALISBURY STEAK 
STEAK:

2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. ketchup
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion

SAUCE:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. butter
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1 tbsp. chopped pimiento
1 c. milk

Combine meat mixture and mix well. Shape into 10 patties. Place in large shallow baking dish or 9"x13" pan. To make sauce, heat undiluted soup with rest of sauce ingredients, stirring until butter melts. Pour over steaks and bake, covered at 350 degrees for an hour. Skim fat off before serving. Serves 10.
