CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3/4 to 1 c. brown rice
1 frying chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 soup can milk

Place rice in well-greased casserole. Place cut up raw chicken on top. Mix chicken soup, onion soup and milk. Pour over top of chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours covered, 1/2 hour uncovered.
