CANNED TOMATO JUICE 
1/2 bushel tomatoes, cook & strain
1 lg. onion
1 bundle celery tops

Cook until tender and put through foley food mill. Combine with tomato juice in large kettle. Add:

1 c. sugar
1/5 c. salt
Juice of 3 lemons

Cook for 10 minutes. Put in hot jars, seal and cook 10 minutes more in water bath cooker.
