CANNED STEWED TOMATOES 
4 qts. tomatoes
1/2 c. onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. green pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt

Boil all vegetables but tomatoes until fully cooked. Mix cooked vegetables with tomatoes and put in jars. Pressure cook at 5 pounds for 10 minutes.
