PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
6 pork chops
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes
Uncooked rice, about 3 tbsp. per chop
Diced onions and peppers, as desired
Salt and pepper to taste

Cover bottom of 9x13 inch pan with small amount of tomatoes. Brown pork chops, place in pan. Brown onions and green pepper, put on chops, season to taste. Sprinkle rice over entire pan. Sprinkle about 1/2 cup water over rice. Cover with crushed tomatoes. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour. Turn down to 350 degrees. Check occasionally. Add water as necessary for rice to cook. Done when rice is cooked and pork chops are tender.
