PORK CHOPS A LA RICE 
6 pork chops
2 1/2 c. rice
1 can beef consomme
1 c. water
1 lg. bell pepper
1 lg. onion
2 tomatoes, sliced

Mix together consomme, water and rice and put in casserole pan. Put pork chops on top. slice tomatoes, onion and bell pepper on top of pork chops. Cover and bake 1 hour 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
