SAUCY PORK CHOPS AND RICE
CASSEROLE
 
4 (1 inch thick) pork chops
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
15 oz. can Hunt's tomato sauce special
1 c. boiling water
1 beef bouillon cube
1 c. uncooked rice

Season pork chops to taste and brown well. Place in shallow baking dish; stir together the pepper, onion, tomato sauce special, water, bouillon cube and rice; pour over pork chops. Cover tightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
