PORK MARINADE | |
1 can (6 oz.) pineapple juice 1/2 c. soy sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. ground ginger 1 onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced About 3 1/2 lbs. pork spare ribs or pork loin In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine all ingredients except ribs. Shake well. Pour over ribs. In refrigerator, marinate, turning occasionally, for several hours or overnight before grilling. If using a gas grill, preheat on high for 10 minutes. Drain ribs; set aside marinade. Reduce flame to low. Grill ribs, turning to brown evenly and brushing frequently with marinade, until ribs are well done, about 1 1/2 hours. Makes about 4 servings. |
