6 med. baking potatoes, thinly sliced
6 green onions, with tops chopped
1/3 c. water
6 slices bacon

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease rectangular baking dish 13x9x2.

Arrange slices in baking dish. Sprinkle with onions. Pour water over potatoes and onions. Arrange bacon on top. Sprinkle with pepper. Cover and bake 35 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 more minutes until potatoes are tender and bacon crisp.
