STUFFED POTATO WITH BACON BITS | |
4 lg. baking potatoes 1 tbsp. of oil 1 lb. of sour cream 1 lg. jar of bacon bits 3/4 c. of chopped green onion 2 c. of shredded Cheddar cheese 1 c. of chopped black olives Bake potatoes until done. Let cool. Slice very top of potato. Remove insides of potato. Save shell. Mix potato insides, sour cream, onion, bacon bits, and Cheddar cheese in large mixing bowl. Place mixture back into potatoes. Bake in the oven on same temperature for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven let cool 15 minutes. Option: may add green pepper, olives or mushrooms. |
