BAKED FRUIT 
1 can mandarin oranges (approx. 1 lb.)
1 lg. can sliced peaches
1 can pineapple chunks (approx. 1 lb.)
1 can pear halves (approx. 1 lb.)
1 sm. jar maraschino cherry halves

1 stick of butter
1/3 c. of flour
2/3 c. of sugar
1/2 c. of cooking sherry

Melt butter, mix in flour and sugar, add sherry. Heat until thick.

Drain fruit, pour mixture over fruit. Mix well. Put in baking dish and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or a little longer.

Serves 10.
