LEMON CHEESE PIE 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
4 tbsp. Crisco shortening
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 to 2 lemons
1/2 raisins (opt.)

Line pie shell with pastry. Blend cheese, Crisco, sugar and salt. Add beaten eggs, juice of lemon (watch seeds) and raisins. Fill unbaked shell about 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
