BANANA BREAD 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 bananas (ripe bananas are best)
5 tbsp. sour milk (or 1 tbsp. vinegar and 4 tbsp. milk)
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour

Mash bananas; let stand 5 minutes. Cream sugar and butter. Add banana, sour milk and eggs. Mix soda and flour and add to batter. Pour into greased loaf pan. Let rise 20 minutes. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
