BEEF ENCHILADAS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt

Brown these ingredients and set aside.

Sauce
2 c. tomato sauce
2 c. water
1/4 c. onion, chopped sm.
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. chili powder

Soften 12 corn tortillas by dipping in oil and then hot enchilada sauce. Lay on plate, spoon filling onto tortilla, roll, arrange in 9 x 13" pan, seam side down. Pour remaining sauce. Sprinkle with: 1 med. onion, chopped

Bake 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
