OLD EL PASO ENCHILADAS 
3 patties hamburger
Onion
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 can enchilada sauce

Combine cooked and drained beef with 1 cup cheese. Combine soups and sauce. Dip tortillas in hot oil and fill with meat. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 4-5 enchiladas.
