CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts
1 stick butter

Mix together and press in bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

2nd Layer:
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Mix together and spread over bottom layer while still warm.

3rd Layer:

Mix 3 packages of instant chocolate pudding and 4 cups milk. Pour on 2nd layer. Top with thin layer of Cool Whip.
