PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
2 pkgs. pistachio instant pudding mix
1 c. 7-Up
3 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. whipped topping mix
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine cake mix and 1 package pudding mix. Add next 3 ingredients and beat well. Bake in a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

Mix milk and remaining pudding mix. Stir in topping mix. Beat until stiff. Spread on cooled cake. Top with coconut and pecans.
