MOIST AND ONION CHICKEN | |
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix 3/4 c. fine bread crumbs 1 (3 lb.) fryer, cut up 1/2 c. mayonnaise Place onion soup mix and bread crumbs in plastic bag and shake to blend. Brush chicken pieces on all sides with mayonnaise. Place chicken, one piece at a time, in bag; close tightly and shake until well coated. Place on rack in broiler pan. Bake in 400 degree oven 45 minutes or until brown and tender. |
