GRILLED SALMON 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
2 lb. fresh salmon steaks, 1" thick

Melt butter and next 4 ingredients to make an herb butter baste. Place fish on well greased grill 4" to 6" from gray ashed coals for 6 to 8 minutes. Baste with herb butter sauce. Carefully turn baste and cook 6 to 8 more minutes. Remove, place on platter. Drizzle with remaining sauce.
