SALMON ON THE GRILL WITH LEMON
BUTTER
 
8 salmon steaks
Olive oil
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. dill weed, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground pepper

Brush salmon fillets with oil. In bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Place salmon in well oiled tin foil and lay on hot grill. Baste salmon with lemon butter mixture and cook 5 minutes. Then turn and continue cooking 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Baste with lemon butter several times during cooking. Serves 8.
