BRIAN'S MARINADE FOR GRILLED
SALMON
 
1 1/2 lb. salmon

MARINADE:

1/4 cup white cooking wine
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 drops hickory liquid smoke (Wrights)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup (or 1 oz.) mayonnaise (Hellmann's or Best Foods)

Mix wine, olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, liquid smoke, brown sugar and mayonnaise. Mix until well blended.

Place salmon skin side up in sealable container or Ziploc style bag. Pour in marinade and marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Grill 6 to 8 minutes per side and enjoy!!
