MOIST 'N CRISPY ONION CHICKEN 
1 env. dry onion soup mix
3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 chicken, cut up
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Place the onion soup mix and the bread crumbs in a large plastic food bag and shake to blend. Brush the chicken on all sides with the mayonnaise. Place the chicken, one piece at a time in the bag. Close tightly and shake until well coated. Place the chicken on a rack in the broiler pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. For a more onion flavor, use two packages of the onion soup mix and reduce the bread crumbs to 1/3 cup.
