Love it. I have an old blender, not one of these fancy new ones that does everything (had one of those, it broke and the warranty sucked) and this was really easy and good for me being a diabetic and gluten free. I did frozen mango chunk and Almond milk. YUM!!! It was great!!! Try that for a change up. My blender didn't chop up all of the mangoes and if I wanted it to, I would have done them a cup at a time, but I like having pieces of the fruit in this. It is really very good with some of the fruit left in small chunks as well. It is all up to you and your preference. This is a very simple and yummy recipe with any fruit you want to use.

I forgot, I use a natural sugar with this either erythritol or Stevia or the cane sugar if you prefer. I try to use natural sugar when I can. This has so little sugar in it that I feel good about eventually reducing the amount and getting down to no additional sugar perhaps. I will make it and do it by taste each time.

The is a great recipe!!! I used frozen blueberries, Stevia, almond milk and vanilla extract. Everyone LOVES this! I can see that I will be making this at least once a week over the summer!
