BLUEBERRY PUDDING (OR PEACH) 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. blueberries, drained if canned
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. butter

Combine crumbs, sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter. Place 1 cup berries in 9-inch square pan. Cover with half of crumb mixture. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm. Yield: 6 servings.

Exchange: 1 serving = 1 fruit, 1 starch and 1 fat (1 teaspoon sugar).
