PEACH PUDDING CAKE 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Pinch salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1 (16 oz.) can peaches (1 lb.)

Drain peaches (save juice), chop peaches in little pieces. Mix all ingredients, except peaches, and spread in a greased 8 inch square pan.

Spread the fruit on batter. (Measure juice and add water to make 1 cup. Mix in 1/2 cup sugar and pour over fruit and batter.) Bake in 350 degree oven for about 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
