PEACH PUDDING CAKE 
1 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
2 c. yellow or white cake mix
1 egg
2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 can (1 lb. 13 oz.) sliced peaches, undrained
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Ground nutmeg

Combine first 4 ingredients. Stir in extract and peaches and mix well. Coat 13 x 9 inch pan with some of the melted butter. Pour batter into dish and pour remaining butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until golden. Serve warm with whipped cream and dash of nutmeg. Makes 12 servings. Wonderful for company!
