MEXICAN FLAVOR BEEF CASSEROLE 
8 oz. pkg. egg noodles
2 lbs. ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. chili seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. shredded Longhorn cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 lb. 12 oz. can tomatoes

Cook noodles as directed, drain. Saute beef, onions, pepper in large pan, drain. Add flour and stir then add tomatoes and seasoning. Combine noodles with meat sauce. Put in large flat casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
