QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 precooked deep dish pie crust
1 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 1/2 c. (3/4 lb.) diced (1/4 inch cubes) Swiss cheese
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. whipping cream or half and half
1/2 c. milk
Dash of nutmeg

Scatter bacon on bottom of precooked pie crust; sprinkle with cheese cubes. Beat 4 eggs, blend with whipping cream and milk. Pour into pastry. Grate nutmeg on top if desired.

Place on lowest rack in a 350 degree oven. Bake 55 minutes or until filling is slightly puffed and lightly browned. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
