QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
10 slices of bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 c. green onion, sliced
5 eggs, beaten
1 c. Half & Half
Dash of pepper
Dash of nutmeg

Bake pastry shell at 450 degrees for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and green onions in pastry shell. Combine eggs, Half & Half, pepper and nutmeg in large bowl. Beat well. Pour into shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. 6 servings.
