CHICKEN, BROCCOLI, AND RICE
CASSEROLE
 
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. jar Cheez Whiz
2 pkg. chopped broccoli
2 c. rice
4 deboned chicken breasts
1 lg. onion
4 lg. stalks celery
1 stick butter

Boil chicken and chop into bite size pieces. Mix together with broccoli and rice. Let cool. In Dutch oven saute butter, chopped onion, and chopped celery. Add Cheez Whiz and cream of mushroom soup. Mix together with chicken, rice, and broccoli. Pour into a 13 x 17 inch casserole dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
