BROCCOLI AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 boneless chicken breasts seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
1 cup uncooked rice--will make 2 cups when cooked
1 can Cheesy Broccoli soup
1 can Cream of Broccoli soup
1 bag of frozen Broccoli pieces
grated Cheddar Cheese
cube small pieces of red pepper

Cube the chicken breast.

Mix together: chicken, rice, soups, bell peppers, and broccoli. Pour into a 9x13 greased baking dish and bake covered for 45 minutes. Uncover and spread cheese on top and bake another 15 to 20 minutes.

You can cook the rice in 2 cups of chicken broth instead of water for more flavor.
