CHICKEN & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 boneless chicken breasts (can also use chicken breasts tender cuts)
Seasoned salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1/2 stick butter
1 3/4 c. water
1 c. rice
1 (16-20 oz.) bag frozen broccoli cuts
2 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese

Place chicken in baking pan; season well with seasoned salt, pepper and lightly with garlic powder; spread sour cream over chicken; pour water over chicken; add butter; cover pan and bake for about 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Meanwhile, cook rice and broccoli. When chicken is done, cut with knife into small bite size pieces. Then, in a large casserole dish add chicken and its sauce with rice, broccoli and cheese (save about 1/4 cup of cheese), season to taste with seasoned salt and pepper, mix well. Then sprinkle remaining cheese on top and garnish with paprika. Place uncovered casserole dish in oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 7.
