BONELESS CHICKEN AND CHEESE 
1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. sherry
1 tbsp. flour
Dash nutmeg
3/4 lb. Swiss cheese
8 chicken breasts
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1 bouillon cube
Ground pepper
8 slices boiled ham

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Heat 6 tablespoons butter and brown chicken. Remove from pan. Add sherry and cook a few seconds. Put aside.

In a small pan melt remaining butter - add flour and stir. In another pan bring water and milk to a boil - dissolve bouillon. Add milk to flour and stir until thick and smooth. Season with nutmeg and pepper.

Put chicken in shallow dish pour sherry drippings over meat. Put ham on chicken. Add sauce. Place cheese over all. Bake about 15-20 minutes until cheese melts.
