BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS 
3 eggs
Flavored bread crumbs
Butter
3/4 c. water
Chicken breasts
1 chicken bouillon cubes
1 (16 oz.) can mushrooms
Muenster cheese

Beat eggs. Cover chicken in eggs and refrigerate for 2 hours. Dip in flavored bread crumbs and fry in butter. Layer in dish. Add chicken bouillon cube with water. Add mushrooms on top (drained). Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Take cover off. Cover with Muenster cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted.
