MEXICAN FRUIT CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 can (1 lb. 4 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 c. English walnuts

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Mix all of the above ingredients with a spoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, using a bundt pan, well greased. ICING: Mix well with a fork until smooth.
