MEXICAN FRUIT CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 lg. can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts

Just mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 lg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
