I've made this several times. It's definitely a hit every time. This last time I was short on white flour used 1 1/3 cups white flour and 2 cups of whole wheat flour. I also added 1 extra ounce of water. It turned out really well! Everyone who tried it loved it!

Made this today, it was super easy! I didn't have dry milk so I found out that you can substitute regular milk in a 1-4 ratio...(6 tbsp. milk) is what I used. Came out fragrant and delicious. I will definitely make this again.

My husband makes the bread around here.
This recipe is really good! We will need to reduce the salt a bit. I'm the one that can't taste anything and my husband is my taste tester. I can however tell if something is too sweet or too salty. This recipe is a little too salty but not by much. He thinks he should add more raisins which is OK by me :)
Great recipe nonetheless and will make it again!
