LAYERED SEAFOOD SALAD 
1 med. head lettuce, chopped
8 seafood legs (or cooked shrimp or lobster)
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
1 c. celery, sliced
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas

Layer salad ingredients in order: lettuce, seafood, onions, celery, Mozzarella cheese and peas in 2 quart glass bowl.

DRESSING:

2/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 c. Dijon mustard

Mix dressing ingredients well and top salad.

GARNISH:

1/4 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 lg. tomato, cut in wedges

Garnish with cheese and tomatoes.
