SEAFOOD SALAD 
2 lbs. seafood chunks (15 shrimp optional)
2 stalks celery, olives, green pepper
1 lb. onion
2 hard boiled eggs
4 lg. tomatoes
Oregano
Garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Dash of crushed hot peppers
Oil & vinegar
Dash of olive juice

Cut up seafood chunks (but not too small). Add all ingredients and spices. Stir well and add approximately 1/4 cup oil and 1/4 cup vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Peel shrimp and add to salad if desired. Chill before serving. This salad can be made the day before serving.
