SEAFOOD SALAD CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. Seafood Salad 1 lb. frozen peas 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles 1 can cream of shrimp soup 1 can cream of celery soup 10 Ritz crackers, crushed, or bread cubes 1. Cook noodles until tender. Drain. 2. Add all the rest of the ingredients to cooked noodles and mix together. 3. Put into 2 quart greased casserole and cover with crushed crackers or bread cubes. 4. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes in a covered casserole. Uncover last 10 minutes to brown crumbs. This makes a thick casserole. If you like your casserole of a thinner consistency, just add 1/2 to 1 cup milk to ingredients. This casserole may be frozen ahead of time and kept in freezer up to 1 month. |
