| CULVER'S SIGNATURE SAUCE (COPYCAT) | |

A clone of the popular chain restaurant's beloved "Signature Sauce". 1 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup buttermilk 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. Blue cheese crumbles 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. onion powder salt and pepper, to taste In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and buttermilk until well-blended. (Add the mayo first, and then the buttermilk.) Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix again until the cheese is fully incorporated. Add the Blue cheese crumbles and mix gently. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper; mix again. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
