CHANGE OF PACE FRUIT SALAD | |
2 cans mandarin oranges 1 lg. can pineapple chunks 1 lg. can sliced peaches 1 (4 3/4 oz.) regular vanilla pudding (not instant) Use juice from all cans - no milk, just juices and add to pudding mix in a medium saucepan. Cook mixture until it reaches boiling point. Remove from heat and let cool. Once the mixture is cool, pour it over the fruit and add any fruit you prefer. Keep refrigerated until served. |
