MANDARIN LAYER DESSERT 
20 graham cracker squares
2 envelopes whipped topping
1 c. milk
1 3/4 c. milk
2 pkg. coconut cream instant pudding
1 can mandarin oranges
1/4 c. chopped almonds

Layer 9 inch square pan with 10 graham crackers. Prepare topping mix with 1 cup milk. Beat. Add the rest of the milk and the pudding mix. Beat 2 minutes. Stir in nuts.

Reserving a few oranges for garnish, dice the rest and fold into pudding. Spread 1/2 of the mixture over graham crackers. Top with other 10 crackers and then the remaining pudding. Garnish with oranges and chill 4 hours.
