MANDARIN ORANGE DESSERT | |
3 egg whites 1 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar 1 c. crushed Rice Krispies 1/2 c. walnuts, cut up 1 pt. whipping cream 1/2 c. powdered sugar 2 tbsp. vanilla pudding (not instant) 3/4 c. flaked coconut 2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, well drained Make crust of first 5 ingredients. Press in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool well. Whip cream; add powdered sugar, pudding, coconut and oranges. Spread on baked crust. Refrigerate overnight. |
