MANDARIN DESSERT | |
1 lg. can mandarin oranges 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jello 2 c. boiling water 1 pt. orange sherbet Drain oranges, measuring syrup. Add water to syrup to make 1 cup. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add syrup. Add sherbet by spoonfuls, stirring until melted. Chill until thickened. Fold in oranges. Chill at least 1 more hour before serving. Makes 6 servings. |
