HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
4 lg. potatoes
1 lb. hamburger
1 can old fashioned vegetable soup
2 cans mushroom gravy
1/4 c. onion, diced
1/4 c. celery, diced

Slice potatoes as for scalloped potatoes, line bottom of casserole dish. Fry hamburger, onion and celery. Layer it over potatoes, pour 1 vegetable soup over this. Repeat layers. Pour mushroom gravy with some water over top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
