EVERYBODY ATE IT CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced or whole
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. dried onions, minced
Garlic, crushed
4 (15 oz.) cans whole potatoes
2 pkgs. broccoli (frozen)
3 pkgs. brown gravy mix

In large pot, follow gravy directions. Add soup. Brown ground beef and add to pot. Add minced onion. Cut potatoes into bite size pieces; add to pot. Simmer. Defrost and add broccoli. Cover. Serve when broccoli is tender. Top with Parmesan cheese and/or shredded cheese.
